Mothers Miss Many (Published In 2012 Poetry Anthology)

</>Roll over roll over
the day has dawned
versed fears stick as stains
working hard with sixty knocks
the hand is a hammer
the Grandfather visage changed
simply set adrift and astray
lost like tears in rain

Roll over roll over
the night is nigh
heavy heavens wip up dark die
oportunities beaten back
before was carefree
now free comes with no care
catered in desitude
hell has an horizon

Roll over roll over
heavens have opened
a soul is there
need scrapes skies
for the body dies
when turning time
with the elders proud
mothers miss many
gone like tears in rain
