Choose To Chance Poem by Rob Francis Parsons

Choose To Chance

Sat in target ranged a paitient gaze
from a fragile face
with wide jewel eyes
reflecting the obvious
drawing in the meaningful
for a thought turned into many
not staying steady
able to keep up with it

Her tissues of truth unlock
as I see and let her see me
approved to roam
to wonder free
Choosing a date
choosing a time
placing yourself here

Make a choice to choose our options
Our stakes of what we have not been told
advised to choose a choice
for us is not choice of variaty
but instructed will
of what those have chose for us

We could have
we should hold
know and understand
to choose right or wrong
chance good and bad
Make the time
journey to that vicinity
a courting counryside
the sining city
your place or mine

Two truefull gems in unison
and a language of movement
wonder workings of learning
takeing the good with the bad
if she'd choose to chance
