I woke up in the morning
Delighted by the echoes
Of the rainfall that brings
Comfort and coldness
Upon my body
Every dropp of it emerges
A certain feeling of longing
For someone's not there
Anymore to grasp
The gloomy sky, the coldness
Of the surrounding
Sum up to the loneliness
Suddenly felt by the heart
Will you ever be back
Where you belong
Or stay where you are now
Queries kept flowing
Like floods of emotions
Desired hope of eternity
Still emerges upon
This lonely creature
Someday happiness
Will be granted and it will
Be forever.

For my Aunt Patricia who recently left us forever
