Moonlight Faerie
I can't see the stars from here...
Please don't tell me that I am a stranger
As I fall deeper, your questions are clear.
The ones you chase with fire.
Come with me, into the night
The velvet sky holds answers
Come with me, in the sweet moonlight
The darkness is peaceful in your arms
You certainly do not write like a typical 16 year old. You are wise beyond your years. Your poem is haunting yet full of charm. Write on!
Tiffany I love the way this poem develops, effortlessly and simply. The last three lines are beautiful. The last line especially.
