Moon Dancer Poem by Rich Young

Moon Dancer

The moon dances its light
on your face.

The stars sparkle in the night
like your eyes.

Love blooms easily as a red rose
in the spring.

Spring is like a puppy
chasing a butterfly.

Fly with me this night
enjoy heaven's delight.

Delight my feelings
caress my lips

Lips that will kiss you
a heart that is yours.

Yours is a love which is true
beneath a moon that is blue.

Blue eyes turn to green
I love you so.
