You Walked
You walked into my life
Stole my heart
For years I had hidden it
from public view
Then you walked into my life
Stole my heart
To you I gave freely
Totally to you
No holding back from you
You controlled me
From the beginning
You walked into my life
Stole my heart
Our life was a dream world
I could not have loved you
Less if I tried
My heart you broke
Stabbed it with a knife
I trusted you
Implicitly
You walked into my life
Stole my heart
Then destroyed it
No rhyme
No reason
You need to destroy
To be happy
And I was near
You walked into my life
Stole my heart
And my life!
