Monowi Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Monowi

Monowi, on, moon, win, mono, in, won, no, own;
To criticize!
Purely personal,
And, at loggerhead.

Lust!
No matter how hard the chicken dances,
It would never please the hawk.
Cup, coup!
Installed,
Cop, coup!
Noted,
But, at loggerhead with the controversies.

Life in the town,
With vengeance and hatred!
And, like a stumbling block;
With the muse of the nature of things around.
