Moments Poem by Sanjida Amin

Moments

Rating: 5.0

Moments, my very own moments
When I thought I was the luckiest.
When I felt I was the happiest.

Moments, those precious moments,
I wanted to hold them but they didn’t wait
Once again I was defeated by my fate.

They never seem to fade away, never seem so blur
Never seem to come back, never seem so far.

Moments, those wish fulfilling moments,
Sometimes I feel I lived my whole life for them.
Sometimes I feel I lived my whole life in them.
