Mixed Berry Tea Poem by Patricia Gale

Mixed Berry Tea

Rating: 5.0

Flickering glow of white embraced in blue
Lighting the page to another dream

Full glorious linen white moon
Crickets singing soft and sweet
The scent of fresh rain

A simple cup of mixed berry tea

Running her fingers through her hair
Recalling a feeling
A memory reborn

Sweet sounds whispered from his lips
As they lightly flutter round her neck
Tingles surge from her being
Deep into her inter soul

Sipping slowly on a simple cup of mixed berry tea

A vision of an angel
Brings a deep sigh from her heart
A remembrance of what passion truly is
Flooding her mind to the core
His name is whispered from sweet red lips..

Unseen feelings surge beyond the stars
Moon lit night
A need to reflect
Remembering....
Dreaming...
And a simple cup of mixed berry tea

P, I note that you ate getting into bringing so very much into observation/analogy of the ordinary.... and you do it in deeply fine fashion. t x
