Adam and Eve needed forgiveness,
God sent His love!
The Jews needed a leader,
God sent them Moses!
The Jews needed a bridge,
God parted the waters!
Mankind needed a Savior,
God sent His Son!

Five thousand were hungry,
Jesus gave them food!
Many could not see or hear,
Jesus healed their afflictions!
The fishermen could find no fish,
Jesus said, “Cast out ye nets! ”
There was no wine for the feast,
Jesus gave them drink!
Lazarus had no life left to live,
Jesus gave him breath!

I needed a reason to smile,
Someone to look up to,
A friend willing to share,
God gave me you!
