I guess there comes the moment in the life of each one of us, when we pause and reckon that in order to find inner peace, we need to empty ourselves-it makes one feel so enriched and nearer to the silence within us, which may be God!

MIndfullness is really comes from the thoughts of Sri Buddha. i went actually for a vipassana Meditation and fourteen days we practiced mindfulness. Yes it really helps to reach godliness. we come to peace away from stress and we begin to control the thoughts and the working of the brain........ i liked your poem very very much. thank you. tony
