Mild And Meek Poem by Himadari Jayasinghe

Mild And Meek

Rating: 4.5

Mild and meek
Should not reach
For if they fall
There'd be no one to call

Mild and meek
Should be kept
At back benches to clap
When High and Mighty
Receives laurels on top

Mild and meek
Should be taught
Never to cry out loud
For you give them only courage;
Not the sound

Mild and meek?
No use of writing about them....after all!
