Memory, The Good And The Bad Poem by Jack Arnold

Memory, The Good And The Bad

Rating: 5.0

I see you everyday, some days you're so open and voluminous,
Somedays I can not Turn You Off
You gentle caring, beast of slaying,
Go from Flowers and Daisies to,
Death and fear faster then my heart will beat,
You Hurt me, You Heal me, You Slay me, You bring me back to Life,
I do not Know if you are there or just in my head,
I see your image, nice guy, polite, then to,
A killer and the symbol of fear,
At the end of the day then you give me jellyfish,
I love that, it makes me forget all about...
Death
I need you Memory, and you need me.

Insightful train of thought that captures the whimsical and temperamental side of love, well articulated and nicely penned in good diction with conviction. A lovely poem written from inner recesses of the heart. Thanks for sharing Jack.
