Me Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Me

Rating: 4.0

This isn't no phase
It ceases to amaze
There is no war or conflict
Melanin so rich with skin so smooth
Observations doesn't contradict

Do know that you are too much
Cheap doesn't define your love
Expensive taste, you set the ranks (high)
Making no haste, you really thinks (high)
You must be a drug cause I'm addicted
You will be the love that keeps me lifted

I love myself some me
Can't nobody
Do it like thee

Every given night
Feeling so good
When i'd see a glimpse of me
I love to kiss myself
It's only right
I say hello to me cause I be my bae
This love come easy
cause it's me
who takes my own breath away.
