Mask For Service Poem by Randy McClave

Mask For Service

Do not pout and do not whine
If at my restaurant you want to come inside to dine,
A mask upon your face must be wore
Before you enter the restaurant's door,
Do not argue with the employees and do not harass
Or out of my restaurant your on your ass,
Confront me with idiocy I'm not scared or nervous
But, for you there will be no service.
Do not spout any stupid conspiracy theory
Of those constant lies I grow so tired and weary,
And don't recite those posts you read on Facebook
I believe in science, and I am the cook.
This belief of mine isn't political at all
I don't care about politics or your vote this fall,
This is all about everyones safety and health
Not at all about conspiracy or wealth.
Please about my rules do not argue or fuss
Don't you know that the world is already laughing at us,
And if you want to come inside my restaurant to eat
Just put on a mask then I'll give you a seat.

If you accidentally left your mask in the car
Quickly go get it and I'll save the place where you are,
Saying my beliefs are unconstitutional isn't true
But, you can preach and recite your stupidity until your face is blue.
