Manifest



Her right hand
Mid finger and index
Down, showing Jeans’ fly
Pointed, “This ordered, I obeyed”
She said loud “How could, answer no? ”
“So I went; to USA and was there for a guy.

Now is back, back at home, her dear Canada.
She sang then, she sings now few songs
Deaf and dumb and stupid, audience
Clap and dance as with a pleasure
Is this our music; and culture?
Or are we some clown?
