Neither will she make me feel dumb
Nor will she show me exit or thumb
It is true that it is male dominated
But fact can not be circumvented

So long they were under strong domination
Either by way of gender discrimination
Or by way of racial discrimination
Nothing remains to be seen with explanation

The truth has to be presented in real context
It has to be researched and thrown open for contest
It will have far reaching consequences
Lot more can be learnt after drawing inferences

Well preserved data may throw useful light
Many may witness some tilt and feel it right
Female may do lot more amidst bias
They have no other go then to share place on dais

Let research go on without any hindrance
Let more females participate at once
It may have definite weight and impact
It may benefit at large on the subject
