(30 jan / gwalior)

main dar raha hoon khuda

uff ye na jany kaisy halat hain,
jaisy koi kalee rat hai
badly ye manzar ye
dua kar raha hoon khuda

main dar raha hoon khuda

na jee raha hoon
na mar raha hoon
khud na jaanu,
kya kar raha hoon
ye kaisy wakt se guzar raha
hoon khuda

main dar raha hoon khuda.

ye rat mujhy daratee hai,
ek khouf main jagatee hai.
jal kar ek aag main,
pighal raha hoon
khuda

main dar raha hoon khuda.

main darta hoon khuda,
shamon ky dhalny se

main darta hoon khuda
kwabo ky jalny se

hasratain meree,
dil main hee na simat jayain,
kwab jo aakhon ny dekhy hain,
kahee wo na mit jay.

raham kar khuda,
meree shamo sehar par.
reham kar khuda
mere khwabo ky shehar par.

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
The dew-drops shine like fairy rain,
The coquette rose awakes again
Her lovely self adorning.
