Magical Help From God Poem by Coco Nitty AKA Peter Cloutier

Magical Help From God

There must be magic in the air,
If there's a flicker of light,
Just know that I'm fair,
Although I'll stay out of sight.

Just know I'm watching close-by,
And I never will blink,
I'll be there as long as you try,
No matter what you think.

I'm the fluke in the puzzle,
An obstacle to disaster,
It's poison they guzzle,
We're stronger and faster.

They're the shadows in the dark,
And we're the cure to that,
See we are the spark,
That sent them lurking back.

So when a problem comes up,
And you're needing some help,
The alarm will erupt,
And before you can welp.

The angels will come,
And God's work will be done,
And next is rule of thumb,
Praise God and his Son.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I just wanted to make a poem related to magic and God. Started off aiming towards miracles, and ended up talking about praising God... Still happy with it though, I usually just aim at an idea and start writing and see where the pen takes me.
