Love Map

LOVE MAP (poet Henry Ochiagha)

The love i lost might not be the one i found
A spate of rumours and jealousy got me cleck
Your memory in me is like a river descending through a cleft in the cliffs
But your nagging culture has filled all the holes in a basket
With you, keeping a secret is like informing the whole world about Armageddon
our megaron of love cannot be in a confine space
Don't compare us with them
Every love has hate as its agenda
But love is above all
Please my love give me a chance to right my wrongs
Scoff my sigh
Love my hate
Do my thing
Broke the unprecedented silient of malice
Understand the misunderstanding that provoke loneliness
Turn unfriendliness into friendship
Who stole the orientation of love i planted in you?
African never die my rose flower in anger
It hurts sometimes to know how time change the love we share
This is as good as i remember
To honour your wishes i need to dishonour your memory
I tried doing that but was astonish how your love got me entangled
You always remind me whom i was not what am becoming
Our initial love map has no pot holes
Although i will continue cultivating the seed of love hoping one day i will harvest happiness..
