Love Poem by Tess Rockenstire

Love

Rating: 5.0

Why this love keeps on walking in my door
When I close it, it keeps knocking more,
I try to hide under a weeping tree,
He's there staring at me.
I dare not to look back
But he's hovering around me.

Why love can sometimes drown you,
When you have enough, it fills you.
I try to stop you, but you won't let go,
I kicked you out, but you keep coming in,
I shut the door to my chamber
And locked you out for sure.

I could disguise, and be a villain
Have my pistol and revolver,
I could cut you to pieces
If you try to seduce me to ponder,
I'll be damn not to shoot you with a laser.
But you came and smiled, 'Love' all written.

I thought I could win this battle,
Use all my tactics and smart excecution,
He would ran away, and no more.
But he's toying in my dream,
Lurking in the shadow happy revolving.
He comes like a seed, evolving.

I'm pist and give up my war with 'love'
He's here in my heart all written.
'Love' you're here to stay forever.
I try to escape, somehow you find me,
I will not, shall not let you kiss me
But it's no use, you conquered me.
