Global Warming Poem by Tess Rockenstire

Global Warming

Once on a wintry day,
Down in yonder land.
In snow boots, winter coats and mitten
As everyone walked robotic.

Chilling in memory lane,
Reminiscing of last winter years.
However this is a different year,
Ice melting fast in the Antarctica.

It's a global warming,
No one is helping,
Someone is destroying,
The planet earth is dying.

Children of tomorrow,
Let's clean the earth,
Be an example
Let's do it fast for our mother earth.

Until we look to the 'atom' our future will only become warmer. Altough I am sitting here looking at 24 inches of snow and 22 degrees f.
