Losing Yourself Poem by cassidy lorent

Losing Yourself

In these small hours ♥
i won't forget you |
*•It's your promise..•*
She lies here all alone, waiting for him to return.
With her body curled up on the stone cold floor, she's now at her breaking point..
the point where she becomes vulnerable.
Wanting to remain strong, wanting to be able to hold on..
she can barely keep her own weight alive.
Not wanting to shed a tead, not wanting to break just yet..
she collapses to the floor like an abandoned puppet..
no longer needed. With the tear rolling down her cheek, her soft whimpers are barely heard as she fights to silence them.
His voice echos in her head..
where did he go..
she misses him dearly,
his absence grows longer and she continues to grow unstable.
Staring into the mirror, looking at the torn soul,
we need him to return again..
she needs him more than them all.
The cavity aches and severs, only desiring his presence to soothe away the pain..
he isn't just a dosage she takes..
he's the entity of her being, and without him..
she's lost no just part of herself..
she's lost all of herself...
