Lone Wolf Poem by Austin Warwick

Lone Wolf

Rating: 5.0

Lonely,
Oh how the quiet soothes me.
No one is going to be with me forever.
Even my friends will disappear.

When I'm alone I feel safe.
Oh how I love solitude.
Living in quiet is what I am used too.
Farewell, as I walk the lonely street.

An insightful depiction of the serenity and peace enjoyed by an introverted one, well articulated and nice penned with conviction. Thanks for sharing Austin.

Sometimes I like to be alone also, but at other times it's great to have friends and family around. I enjoyed the poem. Well written.

An animal like wolf with dubious characteristics, cruel and known for betraying any one can not have friends. Hence, he is forced to live in solitude and like it by compulsion. Beautifully portrayed. Enjoyed reading. Thanks for sharing.10 points.
