Living Alone Poem by Margaret Roe

Living Alone

I live with someone I like
She's not everyones cup of tea
We are the best of companions, she and I
We rarely argue or fight
We laugh a lot, but never talk
We share the same memories, you see
Who is this perosn I live with? it's me
When you live alone in your home
You have to like the person you're with
You can't be happy it you don't
You can't tell lies to yourself
So you have to like the person you are
We are all unique, a one off
I'm comfortable with what I've got
I hope you are at ease with yourself
And are living with someone you like.
