Injured from the past,
With Battle scars we are sure wont fade,
Worried and pessimistic about your future? ..... Read on.....

As a mountain goat picks his way carefully through the rocks
Fearful he will fall and injure again, or achieve certain death,
He stands still,
Paralysed,
Unable to go back, time and events cannot be undone.
If he continues to remain static with fear, he will die of starvation, of cold, of lonliness.

To live in the moment is to know one's qualities,
In life we can be the most critical of ourselves,
More doubtful or unsure of our qualities.
Trusted friends are useful for reminding us of what qualities are held.
Believe we are equiped with all the skills / strength that we need to survive.....
We have survived this far......

As the goat, at times, precariously close to the edge,
Kick up your heels when you get the freedom of the field!
Live in the moment.....
As the goat, you would smell and enjoy the clear mountain air,
Allow your senses to acknowledge the essence of salt from the distant sea.
Taste the sweet and textured grass and weeds....

Be confident my friend,
Little steps,
Take in the views and the challenges of now,
Enjoy, today for all that it offers.....
Allow new buds, promises of tomorrows.
Even dare to dream......
But for Now.... Live in the moment..... Enjoy! ! !
