Lifeless Life, But With My Love It's Peaceful. Poem by sarah bishop

Lifeless Life, But With My Love It's Peaceful.

Rating: 5.0

Why is life so pointless, so dull, so dead,
life is like sand nothing to do when your sand,
you get stepped on,
and you are hated by many.

Life so lifeless and so unpeaceful,
I'd rather be dead than be in this life,
so my love please take my life away,
I put my life into your cold dead hands.

My love you are all that matters to me,
I would spent eternal life with you,
sink your fangs into my neck,
take my life away from me.

Eternally with you in this life is so peaceful now,
I will stay with you for ever,
you are my life, my world,
you are my everything.

Most touching poem about the human senses personified. The last stanza is sublimest. Thank you so much for sharing in 2009 and now in 2018 I just discovered you, since PH has many difficult ways to arrive, and at last....By the way have you become a cartoonist now? Next to creating poems, I am a cartoonist too. An autodidact cartoonist. Thank you for sharing this touching poem.
