Life's come to a stand still, my friend
neither direction nor will, my friend!

I know all that you say is true,
tell me whatever you will, my friend!

It's alright to pause and take a breath,
from go, it's been uphill, my friend!

She left me alive and craving for death,
she preferred not to kill, my friend!

How long would one mourn, she forgot,
she had duties to fulfill, my friend!

I asked death once, why does she kill?
she said, take a chill pill, my friend!
