Letter Poem: Multiple Pollutions

Rating: 5.0

Dear Rachel,

You know that I've raised the issue of multiple pollutions in Beverley.

You know that mitigating by opening doors to flush out gases that
pool in your home from the soil,
is well and good,
if the substitute is good.

I hope you know that in the case of the substitute being fumes
that pour in from the sky from the stacks of glass maker O-I,
that mitigating by opening doors
is not well and good;
that other mitigation is required.

You know that TCE gas in the ground is going nowhere but up
and its sources will not be removed.

You know, what I want that other mitigation to be,
one that will enable a fresh-aired other,
is the removal of O-I.

This reason adds one big one to all the others why.

Aloha Douglas... Majikal! That which is not seen... H2S deadly... imagine living in proximity to Bhopal back in those daze? Do you think that more than a few individuals would be seeking revenge against the Damn Yankees? Well... these individuals appear to be doing just that... in the fatherland... through many means... whatever! These revenge seeking ones need not be here... it is the wealthy of their own society that allow this past and all current and future disasters of this kind to happen... follow the money path I suggest... and take the revenge upon your own corporate oligarchy... Why is it that little people always have little thoughts from little minds that make no sense? Oh... it is because they are indeed mental sepoys... and lazy... little people are pretty much the same... all cut from the same dirty cloth... wherever and whatever and however... it is still the same... Where are the Gandhi'? of any generation since he made sense of things? Whatever that may mean... gaining influence and causing change is easy at first... but then the monkeys get some coin and some recognition and then... the oligarch' send in more of the little monkeys that want to make some coin quick... and the heads roll off so easily... little people / monkeys... offing their own kin, for a bit of coin... a world changed by a load of Judas'? Easily said so and so sad indeed... perhaps we should make one's daily stool the world's currency? Imagine that! Nice bit of word worth this eve... All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two
