Lesson Of Life Poem by abhilasha bhatt

Lesson Of Life

You left me
When I needed you
The most
I crept for you
All my days spent lamenting
I wrapped myself
In the embrace of emptiness
My existence was strewn
On the floor of life
I had to collect all the pieces
By myself alone
So much wrath I had for you
So much pain like torment and anguish I got
By loving you
From past days I was in a scrape
Where to go now
Which path is good and there for me
Then I heard the bell of serenity
Coming from the house of god
Then I learnt about
Contentment and introspection
I realise there are lots of things
I Have, to think about rather than you
Thanks, I would like to say you
For this wonderful and never to be forgotten
