Less War More Peace..... Poem by Ankit Mittal

Yes, my friend, war is our own madness. When I was in my late teens I dreamt of changing the world. I dreamt of giving a speech like Martin Luther King Jr gave one. Along the way the way, I came to realise that this may not happen (even though a very small spark of that dream still lives on in my soul) . But even if it doesn; t happen I still want to change the world I came to realise that we really can make a difference Through small acts of kindness we can inspire the people around us. We can make a positive change in our micro-world. If many people do this, the world will be changed forever. If all young people with ideals would have kept believing in them, and have acted on them the world would be now so different. Keep your Ideals Ankit. Keep writing lovely messages like this in fluent poetry. You have talents. Keep inspiring the world Even though only few people tend to read our poems here, if our poetry inspires a few, that may be enough for a start. Wow, my comment gets too long.
