Leaving The Steps Poem by Satish Verma

Leaving The Steps

What milk you are?
Why go adrift? We will sink together.
I am writing in minuscule amounts.

Don't you feel strength in
your weakness. It is very difficult to be
human. I don't try to forgive myself.

In still life there is
law of return. Your gusty winds
take away my bargains.
