Last Piece Of The Puzzle Poem by malcomess mantewu

Last Piece Of The Puzzle

If you've never seen me sad.
sorrow written all over my face.
never call yourself a friend.
if you've never tried to put a smile
on my face.

If you've never seen me down.
bowed head and lowered eyes.
never call yourself a friend.
if you did not help in putting my head high.

If you've never seen me shattered.
broken pieces everywhere.
never call yourself a friend.
if you did not help me pick up the pieces.

If you've never seen me cry.
tears running down my face.
please never call yourself a friend.
if you did not even wipe a single tear.

A stranger came into my life, Going around picking up the Broken Pieces.
On one hand she haD something.
what is it? you must be asking.
I cried so hard i nearly choked. What she had on her hand filled the void I've always had.
because on her hand she was holding the last piece of the puzzle.
With another hand she was wiping the tears away.
In her i have found a true friend, Now i know i am complete.
