Last Night Poem by Emmanuel Bannister II

Last Night

Last night, I fell into a river of life and instead of being scared it seemed familiar. Have I been here before? I heard your voice tell me to drink and enter you. Unite with me and love me, become vulnerable for this moment and become strong for life. I began to drink and in the water you appeared. You embrace me, mind, body and spirit. With blessings bestowed, farther spoke this union of endless love shall exist within Heaven and Earth. I awoke in tears and bended knee with the need to find you.
