La Tour D' Eiffel, Paris Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

La Tour D' Eiffel, Paris

Rating: 5.0

Do you remember the mysterious Eiffel Tower, honey?
Where is that again?

In France of course
Ah yes, of course in Paris,

now it is no longer as beautiful
and enchanting as it was then

yes, yes the test of time
I want to cherish my memories, baby

to the city of endless bridges, so truly beautiful
but also very very sad

the city where I met Vincent
and drank me bizarrely in his night cafe
with the beautiful blue sky above,
so dark, yet so enchantingly beautiful blue,
dear Vincent, I love you so true!

Vincent is the world famous Dutch painter, who could do a thousand jobs but not one he liked. Born on the exact date as his dead bro one year ago, Vincent was one year later exact the same date, he suffered during his life all the time till he got bit insane because his only money sender, his bro Theo was going to die because of kidney disease/ infection, so that was why he tried to kill himself, since after the death of his brother Theo, no one would send him money for his living and his art.Thank you for reading
