How I long for the joyous day,
The day we can finally be together,
Where our freedom is not forbidden,
Where we can enter a field of forever

The day our love is not under restriction,
Where to him power is not an addiction,
The day we can finally break free,
Loving and smiling like we want to be

With your arms cradling me,
With my head on your chest,
You begin to sing to me

Your voice softly flowing through the room,
The sound of your heartbeat beneath my ear,
The feeling of knowing you are actually here

You look into my eyes, cradling my face with your hand,
Your beautiful brown eyes fill me with warmth as you press your lips against mine,
Sending light to abolish the darkness, making our world shine
