I won't say that life in the country is perfect
That isn't possible anywhere
But when you put animals into the mix
They show you how much they care.

A barn that is musky with hay bales
Little critters scurry around for they too
Have found a safe place to live
My friend, has this ever happened to you?

City life has its values, of course
Perhaps you are close to your work
But if you have never seen the country
Smell the fresh air mixed with flowers and dirt.

Of course, you don't have to live there
But take your husband, kids or wife
Drive to the country and totally relax
So you experience a joyful country life!
