Joseph's Family Move To Egypt Poem by Doris Clore Demaree

Joseph's Family Move To Egypt

Exciting adventures are fun to hear
With brave men and women
And boys and girls,
Strange places, and danger-and fear.

There was joy at home when Jacob knew
That Joseph still lived
In a land far away.
Jacob wanted to see him.
To talk to him, too.

They packed their wagons,
Got ready to move to far-away Egypt
And his long lost son.
The journey was long and Jacob old
But at last he saw Joseph.
They both cried with joy,
Their hearts filled with love.
