Joke Virus Poem by Rajesh Narayanan

Joke Virus

All laughed, they want you too,
Nobody realised the pain in you.
You should laugh, louder than others
When they humiliate you.

The judgment goes this way,
Preserve talent above feelings.
Talented humiliaters value
More than the humiliated.

Keep aside the spectacles,
Wear some blindfolds.
We cannot climb the peak,
With emotional bags on back.

If they made fun on your flaws
It's neither their mistake nor of God.
It's you kept yourself assailable
Inviting 'Joke' viruses like them.
