Jealousy's Arrival Poem by Seth Kaileen

Jealousy's Arrival

It's coming I fear,
It's all finally begun.
I can't believe it's already here,
I thought for sure it wouldn't come.

But I am finally aware,
It's come to tear me apart.
To make all my fantasies, a nightmare.
I can't believe it, how? I'm going to get hurt.

Painful illusions will grasp my mind,

Phantom pains will choke my aching heart.

It's going to try to kill me, it's going to leave me blind.
I can't let this happen, I can't let it begin. I won't let it start.

I have a trick up my sleeve,
I possess something that can fight it.
I call him Jackson, my inner being, my choice cleave.

Jealousy doesn't stand a chance, it's going to end; I'll commit

I will retrieve his abilities;
Use the power he gives me.
You don't understand his possibilities,
Yes it's simple, I already know, he'll be the key!

So I challenge you to a game,

You will lose, that I can easily see.

Jack is better than you, he will bring shame.
I can see your future, you lose, that I can guaranty.
