Losing The Fight Poem by Seth Kaileen

Losing The Fight

You’d look at me and never know
What I go through, what I am
You would never have guessed
Inside I’m hard to get-along with

I have no self-confidence
I have no faith, in myself
I have no faith, in the world
I wander so easily I’m lost

I lack the ability to enjoy life
I lack the ability to be strong
I topple easily inside; the softest blow
Its quite tragic really how broken I am

Would you like to know why?
Would you like to know how?
Well once you figure that out,
Please let me know…

No matter what I go through
No matter what happens
It doesn’t really matter
I still feel lost in the world

Things are doing well
But it doesn’t matter
I’m still as depressed as usual
I’m still as lost as every other day

Now I’ve got new symptoms
I have no energy, no ability
I can’t write anymore
I can’t function well

I don’t know what happened
I don’t know what to do
But I really hope I can be helped
I hope it’s not to late…

I see the doctor soon
