Japan Earthquake (1) Poem by U Win Kyi

Japan Earthquake (1)

A dropp of water
can cause man no trouble.
But a wave of tsunami
can wipe out lives too many.

A pinch of muddy sand
can cause no damage to human.
But a massive landslide
can kill many human lives.

When the earth gently shakes
no destruction it would make.
But when it violently jolts
many lives would be lost.

When one person cannot solve all problems
the earthquake brought to Japan
But by collective effort of people all over
Japan would surely recover
from the worst natural disaster.
The country was shaken
but their will never broken.
In Nature versus Human battle
at the blow of final whistle
hope Japan comes out as winner.
