It Is A Beutiefull Spring Day Poem by Mai Murphy Venn

It Is A Beutiefull Spring Day

The sky is blue, and the sun is shining
But the world awaits to the sad report
Death and sorrow surround each country
The plagues of all plague have us in its gripe
We are at the mercy of the Lord
As we pray for help to kill the dragon
This dragon is far more powerful than all the others
It holds the power of our existence
Makes no distinctions of who you are
The strong the week the rich the poor
Its spreads its contagious breath across the world
They the men of science are working hard to find a cure
Each nation is trying to succeed to find
Helping each other in search of the weapon
To slay the ever-powerful beast of obliteration
We wait each day wondering are we next
or
Will mother nature step in and rid us of this monster?

" But the world awaits to the sad report" could you mean " awakes to" or " awaits the" ? ? I like that you use " mother nature" , not God. I THINK you are careless in your typing and proofreading in several places. i shall explain if you ask me, giving me the name of this poem to assist me. Generally, i like the poem. bri :)
