Is Love a Forbidden Word
“Is love a forbidden word? ”
A question that is to be solved
By the people of this globe,
Using their heart and brain
Love gives us joy
Love gives us pain.
In moments
When love is vivacious and strong
It is the right kind of wrong
In moments of
Sorrow and utter despondence
We perceive its true essence.
In moments
When life seems very tough
Love gives us courage enough
In moments of loneliness
Love plays its real role
By touching our impalpable soul
In moments
When our body burns in flames of desire
Love extinguishes that burning fire
In moments
When hope betrays man
Love lights the lamp of life often.
Adam falls in love
Before the beginning of the universe
He longs for Eve like the shooting stars
Love is a forbidden word
For the heartless people
Without love, life becomes lame and cripple
Love is like a miracle
That does not en cage everyone
In course of its twisted run.
