Is he crazy?

'Of course he is.
Just like the weather...
Many make attempts to out fox.
Only to discover themselves,
Limited to useless manipulations.'

Is he crazy?

'Of course he is.
And getting as much attention from you,
As those doings of Mother Nature.
And both are determined to see to it,
You will be left whipped into a frenzy! '
