Introspection Poem by Tarapada Mohapatra

Introspection

I sometime wonder
what must be reeling
in his spooky mind?
what must be traversing
in his unversed dreams?

His twinkling eyes
trace on a canvas so far uninked
and he aspires for a tomorrow
filled with space, dot and time
his hopes dance and dreams sing
all his illusions turn to reality.

I could distinctly see
a bountiful smile thunders
on his lips
The clouds glistened with
shining silver glaze
get convoluted
and the lightning of awakening strikes.
His appearance grows
into the chaos and wilderness
and the introspection begins.
