I'm inspired by your perceived love, respect and admiration
I'm inspired by the thoughts of you wanting to be with me, wanting to make me the happiest woman on planet earth
I'm inspired by the love you could really give, if you forget everything else
I'm inspired that regardless of what has occured..marriage, separation, divorce
That we have matured, that the love is still there, that the love has grown
I'm inspired just knowing that there is hope and one day we may be together
Like I said before...I like your straight-to-the-matter approach. I find the piece interesting. You don't take the sentiment for granted, not questioning its sincerity. What is there- the seed, the potential -inspires you. Then at the last there is hope, always and always hope. What could become- inspires you. Like all of us. This one goes in my favorites. R.
Earnestly, I request you to rethink of the two lines that you have written yourself and I have much admiration for, as below: 'I'm inspired that regardless of what has occured..marriage, separation, divorce That we have matured, that the love is still there, that the love has grown' I see 'Frustration' and 'Inspiration' are closely linked just as two persons wishing to be one or two sides of a coin. There is a personal reason why I like these two poems you have bound together with one single thered; and the reason is that I, too, have written two poems posted at this site, 'Somewhere around Despair' and 'St. George and the Dragon' which are so closely linked as these poems of yours. Anyway, whatever you have done so far is simply wonderful; and I feel tongue-tied as I think there is nothing more than I can say in response to your poem.
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
I would like to translate this poem
