Inner peace and light
Exposes the myth and destroys the night
Transforming and changing ones own mind
To always look forward and never behind
Reality comes from within ones self
To be constantly honed and not put on a shelf
To constantly practice receiving and giving
This is the true process for genuine living
Looking to ourselves as something divine
Will ultimately come about with the renewing of our mind
There are gifts and talents that flow from us all
Some seem quite big and yet others quite small
But it is not the size of the talents that matter
It is there beauty and joy which brings forth the laughter
Laughter is the medicine to restore ones soul
To bring about inner peace so one can be made whole
What starts with one person can spread to a million or more
And united as one we can ask what is all the fighting really for
So be true to yourself and do the same to your neighbor
This alone will bring forth the fruits of our labor
In closing I will tell you the kingdom of heaven is at hand
Yes it is all around us it is right where we stand
