Injustice. Poem by Tom Allport

Injustice.

Rating: 5.0

Justice was not done?
In court today
Sir Norman had lied
And once again got away
A technicality? But 96 people died
Their families can now only hope and pray
That God will keep his word
"Vengeance is mine - I will repay".

Often justice occurs later, rather than sooner. Good poem, Tom.
