Infantile Homicide... (Rv-Rp) Poem by Frank James Ryan Jr...fjr

Infantile Homicide... (Rv-Rp)

Rating: 5.0

Severed limbs, what say you, now
to your God as His Angels weep?
Who sent you here from Hades, and-
you must think yourself 'Creator'
yet I rather think you, 'destroyer'
on behalf of the 42 million children
who, just last year never had a chance
to say: 'Please don't kill me'!

I'm no Saint, but I; m no butcher
of living flesh and heartbeat.
You are a fool, void of conscience;
your actions reprehensible
to everything The human Christ
preached and died for with His life.

He was an infant, sore defenseless,
you are a man of medicine...
you stole perfect innocence;
practiced terror, pain...immeasurable;
how do you think yourself a healer?
I think you more as the Anti-Christ!

You pillage lives without a thought,
nor sense of rue
Your excuse, ''It's my job to do''

Look in the mirror, think what you do,
annointing yourself ''Lord Anathema'',
taking Life in your sin-stained hands,
playing destiny your way, your way;
and now My God says,
you've played your last hand,
there are no more aces in your deck.
What will you say, then say you now,
when Judgement stands before you?

Heaven holds another Angel, now,
a child whose time was hemorrhaged
by the under-world of God's Universe;
an innocent Jew...Abrahams Child!

I am a Roman Catholic, from a rock-built Church,
we are all children from the same Mans' Rib,
all creeds accountable for lives we touch.

Your actions speak a thousand and one-
tons of boiling acrid spill
from an empty chest,
where a Heart should be housed.
Where did it go? Where did it go? !
This void within you frightens me,
because they're more like you,
so very many more like you!

What will say you, when it comes your time
if you have any final words for Death,
'fore they lay you down to forever sleep,
and Judgement waits on the other side
along with Justice, Consequence.
What say you if your plea for mercy
is ignored, tossed, aborted and burned.
The Angels will weep for your blackened soul,
yet your dis-respect for birth and life,
will leave your body as you lived,
Free Will, your Choice, who lives, who dies...
Now it be Someone else's Choice
How does that make you feel?

As an atheist, I still believe in the sanctity of Life. The mother's life comes first of course and the decision should be hers and not the government's. But killing for convenience sake is indeed a selfish, evil act. This world sucks big time, but I'm glad I was not aborted.
